The RAND Research Brief | How Terrorist Groups End: Implications for Countering al Qa'ida
"... the United States should pursue a counterterrorism strategy against al Qa'ida that emphasizes policing and intelligence gathering rather than a “war on terrorism” approach that relies heavily on military force." It's nice to see that a major think tank that has sense.  "Terrorist" are murders or vandals. We do not war on individuals or even organizations, no matter what are political pundants want to tell us. We arrest, prosecute and punish criminals. You can not enforce laws by breaking them.
When we stop using terrorist as an excuse to use our military to forward geopolitical will we can gain a place of moral integrity in the world community.

There is going to be translated text (http://www.codexsinaiticus.org/website01_Kopie.jpg) along with it. I see a lot of night time reading ahead of me.
